Return Policy

Flight Control Decoys offers a 30 day return policy. If you would like to return an item you have purchased, you may do so within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping & handling. Product must be returned in like new condition in original packaging. 

If there is an issue with the order or product, Flight Control will make every effort to correct it for you the consumer, however in some cases you the consumer may be required to deal direct with the manufacturer. Second hand or re-sold product will not be warranted.  Please email or call for return authorization prior to returning.  Products returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Privacy Policy

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.  We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
